Documents Horseplay accepts for KYC
Three document categories cover the Horseplay verification process. Each one proves a different thing, and all three usually need to be on file before a payout is released.
Proof of identity
A valid, in-date government photo ID: driver's license, state ID card or passport. We need all four corners visible, the photo sharp, and the name matching your Horseplay account exactly.
Proof of address
A recent utility bill, bank statement or official letter showing your full name and home address. It should be current — typically issued within the last few months — and the address must match what you registered with.
Proof of payment
Confirmation of the method you funded with. For a card, that is a photo showing your name, the first six and last four digits, and the expiry (cover the middle numbers and the CVV). For a bank transfer or Play+, a statement header or account screenshot showing your name does the job.
Uploading your verification documents step by step
Uploading through your Horseplay account keeps everything in one secure place — never email documents to strangers. Follow these steps:
- Sign in to your Horseplay casino login and open your account or profile area.
- Find the verification or documents section.
- Choose the document type you are submitting (ID, address or payment proof).
- Take a clear, well-lit photo or scan, with no glare and nothing cropped off.
- Upload the file and confirm. Repeat for each required document.
Have the originals handy and shoot in daylight if you can. A straight, full-frame photo is approved far faster than a dark, angled one.
Review timelines and what happens next at Horseplay
Our team checks each document after you upload it, and verification is normally a one-time step — once you clear it, you shouldn't need to repeat it unless your details change. We work through submissions as quickly as the quality of your files allows, so clear images speed the whole thing up.
Verification is the gate before money leaves your account. If a document can't be read or doesn't match, we'll ask you to resend it before the payout continues.
Why a document gets rejected and how to fix it with Horseplay
Most rejections at Horseplay come down to image quality or a mismatch, not anything suspicious. Knowing the common causes means you clear verification on the first try.
- Blurry or dark photos — text or the photo can't be read.
- Cropped edges — a corner of the ID is cut off.
- Expired documents — an ID past its date or an old utility bill.
- Name or address mismatch — details differ from your account.
- Wrong payment proof — card digits or your name not visible.
- Screenshots of screenshots — edited or low-resolution files.
If something is kicked back, re-shoot it in good light, show the full document and make sure the details line up with your registration. Still stuck? Our Help Center and Live Chat can tell you exactly which field tripped the check.
