Horseplay Terms & Conditions
Who We Are and What These Terms Cover
Welcome to Horseplay, operated by Game Play Network. These terms form a binding agreement between you and us the moment you create an account, place a wager or purchase credits. Read them carefully.
By registering, you confirm that you accept every section below. We've written this page in plain language so you know exactly where you stand. Where a rule applies to deposits, bonuses or withdrawals, the detail lives in the relevant section — not buried in fine print. Questions about anything here? Reach our team through the Help Center or Live Chat.
Bonuses, Credits and Wagering
Our promotions come with their own conditions, and claiming one means accepting them. Here are the ground rules.
The welcome offer, a 100% match up to $250 on your first credit purchase, carries wagering of 10x the original bonus amount and expires 30 days after the Bonus Credits land. Reloads, cashback deals like Monday and Saturday Get Back, and tournaments such as the Ultimate Throwdown each carry their own stated terms at the point of claim. Bonus Credits are not cash until wagering is met. We may withdraw, adjust or void bonuses where we detect abuse — including collusion, bonus-only play patterns or multiple accounts.
Deposits, Withdrawals and Identity Checks
The minimum deposit at Horseplay is $10 USD. All transactions are processed in US dollars.
You can fund your account using ACH, credit and debit cards, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, instant bank transfer, Play+, and supported digital and mobile-phone payment systems. Before we release a withdrawal, we are legally required to verify your identity (KYC). Expect to provide proof of identity, address and ownership of your payment method. Payouts are typically completed within 120 hours once verification clears. We may only pay funds back to an account or method registered in your own name — third-party transactions aren't accepted.
Your Account and Keeping It Yours
When you register, give us accurate, current information. Keep it up to date.
Your login details are personal. Don't share them, and don't let anyone else play on your behalf. You are responsible for all activity under your account, so protect your password and tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We may ask you to re-verify details at any time. Should you want to step away, you can request closure or a cooling-off period, and we honor self-exclusion choices set through our responsible gambling tools.
Eligibility and Who May Play
You must be at least 21 years old to open a Horseplay account. That is a firm floor, and we verify it.
You also need to be physically located in a jurisdiction where our service is lawfully offered, and you are responsible for knowing the rules that apply where you live. We may use location checks and other tools to confirm this. If you access Horseplay from a restricted area, we can suspend play and void related transactions. One person, one account — registrations made on behalf of someone else, or duplicate accounts created to claim extra promotions, are not permitted.
Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct
We expect honest play, and we build our systems to protect it.
The following are not allowed: using bots, automated software or exploits; colluding with other players; chargebacks or payment fraud; manipulating promotions; and supplying false information. If we find prohibited conduct, we may suspend or close your account, void affected winnings and report serious matters to the relevant authorities. Game outcomes are determined by certified software from providers including Caleta, Kalamba, Oddsworks, Spinomenal and Game Play Network. Our decision on results, as recorded in our systems, stands.
Dormancy, Liability, Complaints and Changes
If your account stays inactive for an extended period, we may treat it as dormant and apply an administrative fee in line with applicable rules; we'll always try to contact you first. To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the funds in your account, and we are not responsible for losses from events outside our reasonable control.
Got a complaint? Contact support first through the Help Center or Live Chat, and we'll aim to resolve it quickly and in writing. If we can't settle a dispute between us, it will be handled under the governing law of our operating license and the applicable regulatory framework. We may update these terms to reflect legal, technical or business changes, and we'll post the revised version here with its effective date. For how we handle your personal data, see our Privacy Policy. If gambling stops being fun, call the National Problem Gambling Helpline at 1-800-522-4700 or visit ncpgambling.org.
